കോടതി വിധിക്ക് മുന്‍പുതന്നെ മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍ വിചാരണയും വിധി പറച്ചിലും നടത്തിയ കേസ് ആണ് കസബിന്റെത്. അവര്‍ക്ക് പറയാം, ജനങ്ങളുടെ വികാരം തങ്ങള്‍ പ്രകടിപ്പിച്ചതാണ് എന്ന്. അപ്പോള്‍ ഒരു സംശയം. മാധ്യമ വിധി നീതിന്യായ കോടതിയേയും സ്വാധീനിച്ചു കാണുമോ? ജനങ്ങള്‍, മാധ്യമങ്ങള്‍, നിയമം ആരുടെ ഇംഗിതം ആണ് ഇവിടെ നടപ്പിലായത്. കസബിന്റെ കാര്യത്തില്‍ ഈ മൂന്നു ഘടകങ്ങളും ഒരേ ഋജു രേഖയിലൂടെ സഞ്ചരിച്ചു എന്ന് പറഞ്ഞാല്‍, അതിനെ ആക്ഷേപിക്കേണ്ടതില്ല. പക്ഷെ 'തീവ്രവാദികളുടെ' എണ്ണം കൂടി വരുന്ന ഒരു നാട്ടില്‍ ഇംഗിതങ്ങളുടെ ഈ പാരസ്പര്യം അപകടകരമല്ലേ എന്ന് സംശയം. ഇത് മനുഷ്യാവകാശ തീവ്രവാദമായി തെറ്റിദ്ധരിക്കരുത്. പിന്നെ വധശിക്ഷ.... ഔദ്യോഗികമായി അല്ലാതെ തന്നെ ആ കൃത്യം മനോഹരമായി നടപ്പിലാക്കാന്‍ കഴിവുള്ള പോലീസ് ഉദ്യോഗസ്ഥന്മാരും, രാഷ്ട്രീയക്കാരും ജീവിക്കുന്ന ഇന്ത്യയില്‍ കോടതിയുടെ വധശിക്ഷാ വിധികള്‍ പ്രസക്തമല്ല. ഗുജറാത്തിലും, മഹാരാഷ്ട്രയിലും, കശ്മീരിലും കണക്കില്‍ ഒതുങ്ങാത്ത മനുഷ്യ ജീവിതങ്ങള്‍ തികച്ചും അനൌദ്യോഗികമായി സര്‍ക്കാരിനാല്‍ കുരുതി കൊടുക്കപ്പെട്ടിട്ടുണ്ട്. ആ കറുത്ത ഇന്ത്യന്‍ ചരിത്രം ഇന്ന് കൊച്ചു കുട്ടികള്‍ക്ക് പോലും മന പാഠം. പിന്നെ എന്തിനു കോടതിയുടെ വക ഒരു വധശിക്ഷ?

Dear Mr. M Bharathy,
I just had a glance across your blog site. Don't be so much anxious or concerned about the international extrimism or terrorism. Everybody knows whose hands are behind the menace of terrorism , and they are to be eliminated at any cost. Kasab deserves more than that. I hope you have read the statements of Justice M.L. Tahaliyani. Now the Judge has been promoted as the Principal Sessions Judge of the City civil and sessions Court in Mumbai. Pl visit my blog when you are free, and share your ideas with my readers.

Happy to see that u have decided to colour your views through blogging and that too on a serious note. I think that the Human Right Activicts wont dare to interfere atleast in this case,and if they do, they will defintly face its consequences ..Human rights are intented only to humans n not for human like blood mongers.Actually the capital punishment is not suitable in this case.Ajamal Kasab is a fidhayeen who loves to die for his course.N he has successfully completed it.So the concerned authorities hav to find an alternate way to deal with these kinda terrorists. I hope that ajaml Kasab wont get the same treatment as Afsal Guru got.We hav to avoid another kandahaar too.
